18 lakh engineers are produced in india every year. According to some of the government and private organisations survey ,It is said that around 60% engineers produced in india are non-employable as they don't have the practical skills required to work in industries. I would like to draw the attention of people towards why are we not able to produce engineers which are capable of carrying the growth of the country on their shoulders and march forward - Decade old syllabus which is not industry oriented. Lack of good faculties in engineering institutions in the country(including IIT's). Lack of real training.
